On top of people managment skills, it is combined with intentional, measured steps to keep tasks on time and within scope.

Project Management is implemented during every step of my projects. From pre-production, production, and through post-production to delivery, I ensure all stakeholders have a clear role, collaborate appropriately, and are set on the path to efficient and effective delivery.

After our discovery call, I will create a Work Breakdown Structure and a RACI Chart. From there, I will work on a project timeline to meet deliverable deadlines. Along the way, I will establish a communication plan and lead the project cycle. By the end, we will have a repeatable structure so all future projects can be just as efficient and successful.
